Accommodation in Queenstown | Tariff

Alpen View luxury villa accommodation can be yours for NZ$900 per night (inclusive of all taxes) in the peak season. Click onto price for 'Currency Converter'. We offer reduced prices at other times of the year:

July 2010 to December 2010                  NZ$900 per night 

[July is already booked until the 23rd]

[August is already booked from the 1st - 29th inclusive]

• A minimum of 3 nights per stay is required
• A maximum of 8 guests per night
• Housekeeping every fourth day is included in the price. Additional servicing is available on prior request at a cost of NZ$120 per service 

Terms and conditions for Queenstown Accommodation

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total stay price is needed to confirm booking
• Full payment is required 30 days before arrival. As we are a small boutique operation, cancellations affect us greatly. We will be unable to refund your payment if your plans unexpectedly change and strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance to protect themselves.
• Check in time is 2pm / Check out time is 10am. We will try to meet early arrival requests
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property
• We are unable to accommodate your pets at Alpen View
• Local phone calls are free of charge as is reasonable wireless internet usage
• Alpen View or its owners accept no responsibility for any loss/damage or injury to guests or their property and we recommend you arrange your own travel insurance to cover these events
• The owners maintain all facilities and appliances in full working order and in the event of any breakdown we will do our best to rectify the problem as soon as possible
